Orders are shipped within 14-21 business days,  All items are Handmade by professional artisans of ELINA GLEIZER Studio. For rush service of less than three weeks, please contact us at the contact form regarding "rushed order", and we will do our best to accommodate.

Local shipping in Israel:

Express shipping via  messenger to your door ( in 48 hours- approximate time) 10$

International Shipping 

8.5$ Shipping with Priority Mail+ tracking number to the following destinations: 10-14 day 

  • AMERICA: (USA , Canada) 10-12 Business Days.

  • AUSTRALIA: 10-14 Business Days.

  • EUROPE: (U.K, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Portugal, Netherlands , Greece, Norway, Spain, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland) 10-12 Business Days.

  • ASIA: ( Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand) 10-14 Business Days. 

    Please note: It is the buyer responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.

    All Other destinations are shipped via regular registered air mail with tracking number. Delivery time: 2-3 weeks. 

    • Express Airmail Via Messenger is 18$ : 3-5 delivery days ( * Please note that timing may change from country to country, max delivery time is 10 days). Please contact us to make sure production time meet your needs.

    • Orders over 500$ are shipped via Express mail via messenger for FREE. 

    All orders are shipped with a tracking number- please keep track in case of customs delays / other.  

    Delivery times are estimated, delay may occur by post, custom or holiday.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGE

    You can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving the item.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at info@elinagleizer.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

     

    We will send you shipping instructions, such as a free shipping label (available for USA only), or shipping address of our studio. 

     

    • Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.   

    Got the wrong size? No problem! We will gladly resize it- free of charge :)  Let us know you are interested in exchanging your item at: info@elinagleizer.com

    6. Please let us know as soon as the item is shipped + it's tracking number so we will anticipate it and claim it properly.

      • Other exchanges besides size: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    Refunds (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

      We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original

      method of payment, within 72 hours.

        • Please note, that due to the fact that our jewelry are made to order, refunds aren't full, and are given minus 5% off of the item's full price. 

        • Refund on items made of solid gold are given minus 12% off of the item's full price. 

        • Refund is given excluding shipping fee

           

          Custom Order

          Custom orders, such as engravings and custom designs requests- CANNOT be refunded. 

          Rushed Order

          Expedited production & shipping fees will not be refunded. 

          Sale items (if applicable)

            Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items CANNOT be refunded.

            Gifts

              If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

              Once the returned item is received, a virtual gift certificate will be mailed to you.

               

              Returns

              To return your product, Please contact us at: info@elinagleizer.com - we will send you the instructions for shipping back. 

              Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a

              refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

              Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

              If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not

              guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

              ELINA GLEIZER Guarantee will see that all your jewelry is:

              • Finished defect-free. Our quality standard mandates that specifications should be met every time. Every product you buy from us must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for credit or replacement.

              • Hallmarked. Recognizing it is made from precious metals. (For items made from gold)

              • Created with authentic natural gemstones.

              • 1 year warranty on all jewelry with gem stones settings.

              • All ELINA GLEIZER items are covered by a 1 year manufacturer’s Warranty, which covers defective parts experienced under normal wear and the labor required to repair them. 

               

               Ring Sizing:

              • We offer a FREE, one-time re-sizing on any ring purchased ELINA GLEIZER within 30 days of the date on your purchase. ( Available within the presented sizes on elinagleizer.com)

              • Re-sizing for purchases over than 30 (or more) days, can only be done up to 0.5 size above or 1 size below the size of the original ring (For example: from size 5 to size 5.5). For any re-sizing that is more than 1 size above or below the size of the original ring, please contact us at: info@elinagleizer.com

              • We reserve the right to refuse re-sizing of a ring if it is determined that the re-sizing will compromise the look of the ring.

              • A second time (or more) resizing fee is 19$.

              • Any shipping charges incurred in sending the item(s) to us is the responsibility of the customer. (As the shipping costs back to the customer).

              • Re-sizing will take approximately 10-12 business days.                                                           

              The ELINA GLEIZER Guarantee does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, unreasonable or negligent use nor routine maintenance.

              Your statutory rights are not affected and all rights and benefits under the ELINA GLEIZER Guarantee are additional. 

              Follow the instructions given below carefully to send your item to be repaired:

              • Email us to info@elinagleizer.com and notify us that you will be shipping your merchandise. You must include your Name, Order Number and Item name with the word “Repair” in the body of the email.

              • Make no reference to the contents of the box that you are sending.

              How do I know what ring size to order?
              The ring sizes in our shop are US sizes. The most efficient and accurate way to confirm your ring size, is by going to any jeweler or jewelry store and measure your finger with special tools. Click HERE for viewing the international rings size chart and more info.
               
              What are the payment options?
              Payment  can be made via VISA ,MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or PayPal.
              We use PayPal processing system, the safest way purchasing online. Please note:  You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to make a purchase, you can pay with any international card.
               
              How long does it take to get my parcel?
              Orders are shipped within 14-21 business days, due to handmade work. You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking number at the shipping day. Orders are shipped from Israel with registered air mail 
using a tracking code.
              Shipping with regular registered air mail from Israel usually take 1-3 weeks. Express shipping takes 3-7 delivery days.
              Delivery times are estimated,

              What are the customs charges?
              Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The purpose of Customs Duty is to protect each country's economy, residents, jobs, environment, etc  differs from country to country. You can verify the fee's at your country's customs website. It is the buyer responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.
               
              How to use a coupon code?
              In order to redeem a discount coupon you have to : Add product to cart > Press the checkout button > Fill in the shipping address details >
              Confirm your purchase > A new window will open where you can fill in the blank with the coupon code and you will get the coupon discount.
               
              Can I return / exchange an item?
              Return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging.
              Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs. As the item is safely returned to ELINA GLEIZER studio,  a refund will be made via PayPal, excluding shipping fee.
              Please measure the wanted finger size in order for us to resize your ring. It is best to measure your hand at a jewelry store or at any jeweler.

               I want to purchase an item as a gift, how should I order?
              In case you do not know your significant other's finger size, borrow one hes/ hers rings (from the correct finger) and measure the ring's
              diameter to determine its size using the international size chart
              * Please let us know whether this is a gift, so we will rap it in properly. 

               

               what should I do to take care of my jewelry?

              Gold plating items:

              • Avoid touch with water, perfume, lotion and cleaning chemicals.
              • Avoid rubbing plated bracelets and necklaces against each other.
              • Store your gold plated jewelry in a pouch or soft cloth separate from other jewelry

              Sterling silver items:

              • Clean your silver jewelry with a cleaning cloth
              • Store the jewelry in a box, close drawer or in a zip lock plastic bag, it will prevent the tarnishing and getting them scratched.

              How to keep Sterling Silver jewelry from tarnishing?

              The noble silver color of 925 sterling silver stays shiny and glamorous for many years, but with time, natural processes cause oxidization and tarnishing. The next few tips will help you to keep your silver's glow.

              • Clean your silver jewelry with a cleaning cloth- using these cloths to clean silver once a week or so will keep sterling silver jewelry shining brightly. It should remove all dark stains and oxidization, however, if the piece of jewelry has an intentional dark definitions- using this cloth may remove it as well, use the cleaning cloth carefully.  
              • Store the jewelry in a box, close drawer or in a zip lock plastic bag, it will prevent the tarnishing and getting them scratched. 
              • Taking a shower with your silver jewelry is allowed and even recommended. Water and soap will help keeping the silver clean.
              • When doing cleaning chores and using cleaning products (for example doing the dishes), it is advisable taking off all jewelry. Chemicals in the cleaning product may harm the jewelry and will cause tarnishing.
              •  Entering to the sea or the pool with jewelry is not recommended, the chlorine and the salty water can damage the silver.
              •  Avoid any contact of silver with perfume, or lotions.
              • During the summer silver jewelry will tarnish quicker then usual, causing by the oxidization it our sweat and the humidity in the air.
