Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To begin a return, please email us at info@elinagleizer.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions.
Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Items must be returned via registered air mail with a tracking number

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable

  • Original shipping fees are also non-refundable


Exchanges

Ring Resizing

Ordered the wrong size? No problem — we offer free resizing! Available for customers who purchased a ring and realized the size was incorrect within 14 days of receiving it.
Email us at info@elinagleizer.com to begin the process.

  1. Have your finger professionally measured (we recommend visiting a local jeweler).

  2. Include a printed copy of our Exchange Form in your return package. Be sure to write:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Desired ring size

  3. Send your item via registered air mail with a tracking number

  4. Email us the tracking details once shipped so we can anticipate its arrival

Note: Shipping the resized item back to you costs $11. Please place your payment for return shipping here.

Other Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. For all other concerns, please contact us.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and let you know if your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 72 hours to your original payment method

  • All refunds are issued minus a 5% restocking fee due to our made-to-order process

  • For solid gold items, a 25% fee will be deducted from the original price

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom orders (including engravings and personalized designs)

  • Rush orders (expedited production or shipping fees)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return once the item is received. A virtual gift card will be emailed to you.


Important Notes

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If your return exceeds $75, we strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
