Each ring starts as a wax carving. We shape it, cast it in silver, set every stone by hand, then polish and pack it ourselves. That's been the routine since 2014. One at a time.

How long does it take to make my ring?

Every ring is made to order, handcrafted from scratch just for you. This typically takes 2–3 weeks from the time you place your order. If you need it sooner, rush orders are available - just contact us through the website before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What if my ring doesn't fit?

We offer free resizing for life on every Elina Gleizer ring. If your size changes at any point - now or years from now - just ship the ring back to us and we'll resize it at no charge. You only pay the return postage.
What size should I order?

We recommend measuring a ring you already wear, or popping into a local jeweler for a free sizing. If you're still unsure, just order your best guess - every ring comes with free lifetime resizing, so we'll adjust it to fit perfectly if needed.
Are the gemstones real and natural?

Yes, every gemstone we use is 100% natural and ethically sourced. No lab-grown stones, no fillers. We hand-select each stone for its color, clarity, and how it sits in the setting. Certificates of authenticity are available upon request.
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at elinagleizer.jewel@gmail.com with your proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please note: return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and gold items are refunded at 60% of purchase value due to material costs. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide with full tracking on every order. Standard international shipping (USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Japan and more) costs $8.50 and takes 10–14 business days. Express shipping via courier is available for $18 and arrives in 3–10 days. Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility - these vary by country and are outside our control.
